Reformer Pilates
Spring-loaded resistance and long, controlled lines — our signature full-body session.
BookBoutique Pilates · Lebanon
Pilates is not about doing more. It is breath, alignment and control — small, deliberate movements repeated until strength becomes the way you carry yourself.
Philosophy
PYNQ is small on purpose. Classes cap at a size where your instructor can see your ribs shift and your knee track, and adjust before a habit sets in. We teach the classical repertoire honestly — springs, breath, tempo — and we let progress be slow, because slow is what lasts. You will not be shouted at here. You will be corrected, encouraged, and sent home standing a little taller.
Every movement begins with the exhale. Breath sets the tempo, and the tempo sets the work.
We build from the spine outward — position before load, precision before repetition.
Strength that shows up off the reformer: steadier posture, easier stairs, a body you trust.
